The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life every day!What You'll Be DoingAs a caregiver at The Cottages, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.Your daily responsibilities may include:Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

Providing medication assistance as trained and authorized

Supporting residents with walking, mobility, and daily activities

Preparing and serving home-cooked meals

Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry

Monitoring resident safety and well-beingBuilding meaningful relationships through conversation, companionship, and activities

Working together with your team to create a positive, welcoming home for our residents

Job RequirementsMust be at least 17 years of age

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and resident care plans

Successful completion of required criminal background screening

Successful completion of a post-offer drug screeningA genuine desire to provide compassionate, quality care
