Job SummarySenior Helpers- Franklin is seeking a full-time Caregiver to provide top-quality care in a compassionate and patient-focused manner to seniors in Columbia, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have an empathetic attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.Compensation & BenefitsSenior Helpers- Franklin offers a competitive compensation of $15 to $16 per hour, paid biweekly. Benefits include medical insurance, overtime compensation, PTO, 401K retirement savings program, and professional development opportunities.Responsibilities• Assist seniors in performing activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting.• Provide companionship and social interaction with clients.• Merge skills and experience to create and execute personalized care plans for each senior.• Provide transportation services as needed, including doctor's visits and errands.• Report on changes in a client's condition, mental or physical health, as soon as they are noticed.Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle• Ability to pass a background check, including drug screeningEEOC StatementSenior Helpers- Franklin is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
