That's why we offer 12-hour shifts.
Do you want a good work/life balance? Enjoy 3 ½ days off and work 3 ½ days, totaling 42 hours a week with 2 hours of built-in overtime!

Starting wage: $15.50 up to $21.77 per hour DOE
Additional perks:
- $2.00 per hour NOC shift differentia
- $1.25 campus differential (McKenzie Living Eugene, McKenzie Living Springfield, and the Specific Need Division at Gateway Living)
- No experience required, on the job training -- LEARN AND EARN
- $1000 Sign-on Bonus

What We Have to Offer:
- 2 different 12-hour shifts available (Day, 7 am- 7 pm and NOC, 7 pm- 7 am)
- Choose working the front half of the week; Sunday- Wednesday or the back half of the week Wednesday- Saturday (see supplemental questions)
