Job Description
Caregiver (Non-Medical) – Flexible Schedules | Birmingham, AL.
Location: Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Pelham, Alabaster, Center Point, Irondale & surrounding areasPay: $14.00–$15.00+/hour (based on case type)Schedule:
- Part-time & Full-time
- 1–12 hour shifts
About the Role:
We provide one-on-one, non-medical home care services that allow seniors and adults to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is relationship-based care — not facility work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
- Companionship and emotional support.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping related to client care.
- Errands and transportation (as needed).
- Documentation and communication with the care team.
This is a non-medical caregiving position. No clinical procedures or skilled nursing tasks are required unless separately licensed and authorized.

Qualifications:
- 18+ with high school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Birmingham Metro.
- Valid driver's license and Insurance.
- Ability to pass background screening.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.
- Physically able to assist with mobility and stand/walk for extended periods.
