Caregiver / Direct Care Worker; Flexible ScheduleMake Caring Your Career.Neighborly Home Care is hiring full- and part-time Caregivers and Direct Care Workers to provide in-home care to clients in Wilmington and surrounding areas. If you're a compassionate Caregiver, we'd love to talk with you!What you'll do:Help with activities of daily living - bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting support

Assist with mobility and transfers

Provide companionship and emotional support

Prepare meals and help with feeding, if needed

Handle light housekeeping - laundry, tidying, linens

Follow each client's individualized care plan

Let your supervisor know about any changes in a client's condition or behavior

What we're looking for:Caregiving experience preferred (see note above)Eligible to work in the U.S. (we're unable to provide sponsorship)Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Physical exam and satisfactory TB test on file

Reliable transportation
