With over 25 years of trusted experience, we are one of the fastest‑growing international home care companies, and we're looking for compassionate caregivers in the Salt Lake area to join our team.Position: CaregiverAs a caregiver, you'll play an essential role in improving the daily lives of our clients by offering companionship, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, preparing nutritious meals, keeping their homes safe and tidy, providing transportation to appointments or outings, and giving timely medication reminders. This position is perfect for caring individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building genuine connections.Benefits You'll EnjoyCompetitive Base Pay: Starting at $17.00 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts

Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours

Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)CNA School Program: Extraordinary opportunity – ask for details!PPE Provided401(k) with Matching – ask for details

Ongoing Training24/7 On‑Call Support for emergencies or schedule changes

Holiday Pay: Time and a halfPTO Program (for full‑time employees)Part-Time and Full-time Caregivers are eligible for a Supplemental Wellness Program. Dental, vision and mental health are also offered, a la carte. Ask for details!Qualifications18 years or older

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Eligible to work in the U.S.Able to pass a background check

Experience with dementia and behavioral care
