Job Description
Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide exceptional care to seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Prepare meals and snacks, following dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Administer medication as directed by a physician.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate with families and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely.
- Ability to pass a background check.
