Pay Rates

• First shift: $16.50 per hour
• Second Shift Weekday: $17.25 per hour/ Weekend: $18.25 per hour
• Third Shift Weekday: $18.50 per hour/ Weekend: $19.50 per hour

Requirements for the Behavior Support Specialist

• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
• Be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
• Pass drug and alcohol screenings
• Pass criminal background checks
• Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
• OPTIONAL: Bilingual in ASL (American Sign Language) or Spanish preferred, but NOT required.
