Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is already working with another company and clients but is seeking additional hours. As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need of care and support. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. 

• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients. 

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences. 

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients. 

• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and emotional well-being. 

• Document and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor. 

• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their families. 

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the caregiving team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans. 

• Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge. 

Compensation:$16.50-$17.50

This companionship and caregiving position offers flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors on Morning, Afternoon and Weekend shifts. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care. Part-time and Full-time availability. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience working as a caregiver, preferably with elderly or disabled individuals. 

• Valid certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred). 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families. 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes as needed. 

• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.  

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. 

• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
