About Us:

Senior Helpers is a NON-MEDICAL In-Home Client Care Agency that services the community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Senior Helpers cares for elderly and disabled clients all over the Valley and we are looking for people who love helping other people. We respect your experience and we are also committed to providing the training you need to help you grow your skills. We will match you with clients that need your support daily.

What times are available for work?

Shift availability is based on Clients' needs. We have several different shift options available:

Morning shift / Day shift /Evening shift / Overnights/ Weekends only/ Flexible schedule

Part-time opportunities that can eventually grow into full-time.

What do Senior Helpers do?

As a caregiver you will provide a large variety of services to our clients. These services include:

-Grooming (brushing hair, painting nails, helping use electric razor and dressing) and Oral care (brushing teeth or dentures)

-Personal Care: Assisting with Showers, Bathing, bed side bathing, Changing Adult Briefs

-Fall Prevention (ensure areas & pathways are clear, using gait belts for support, assisting in non dead weight transfers)

-Nutrition: Preparing home cooked meals and feeding assistance if needed

-Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

-Medication Reminders

-Transportation for grocery Shopping/Errands/recreational activities

- Light Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms)

- Laundry Assistance

- Companionship, Interactive care giving as well as emotional support and so much more!

What We’re Looking For

A caring and dependable attitude (no experience needed!)
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a background check
CPR & First Aid certification (can be completed after hire)
Must be willing to drive to BOTH Mesa and Scottsdale
