Job Overview We are seeking energetic and compassionate caregivers to join our team in Prospect, CT. This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality home health care assistance, supporting clients with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication reminders, and reporting changes promptly
Provide specialized care
Document records accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Support safe patient transfer methods using equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment
Follow home healthcare regulations and protocols while delivering compassionate patient care

Skills

Proven experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory care
Familiarity with home care agency operations
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
Physical ability for heavy lifting and patient transfer methods as needed for client safety
Experience working within a client’s home and understanding of home & community care standards
Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, attention to detail, and excellent client communication
