Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications and blueprints.
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as walls, floors, doors, windows, and cabinetry.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Inspect and identify defects or issues in structures and recommend solutions.
Assist with site preparation and cleanup before and after construction work.

Requirements

Proven experience as a carpenter in residential and/or commercial construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and on uneven surfaces.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
