We're seeking a hands-on Carpenter Foreman in Newington, NH who leads from the front. This is a working leadership position for someone experienced in wood framing and/or metal stud and drywall who can manage a crew while actively producing high-quality work.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise a crew on commercial projects
Perform and oversee wood framing and/or metal stud framing
Hang and finish drywall as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects on schedule
Maintain job site safety and quality standards
Communicate directly with project managers and other trades
This is a working foreman role — you'll be on the tools while setting the pace and standard for the crew.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Lead Carpenter
Strong background in wood framing and/or metal stud & drywall
Ability to read plans and manage layouts independently
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Reliable transportation
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
