Job Description

Essel is currently hiring Carpenters and Construction Laborers to join our team. If you have experience in carpentry or construction, we want to hear from you!

As a Carpenter or Construction Laborer at Essel, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including residential and commercial construction. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
Installing and assembling structures and fixtures
Performing general construction tasks, such as digging and leveling
Operating power tools and other construction equipment
Assisting with site cleanup and organization

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Experience in carpentry or construction is preferred, but we are also willing to train individuals who are motivated and eager to learn.

Requirements

Prior experience in carpentry or construction preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and operate equipment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
