What You'll Do

Clean carpets, dryer vents, air ducts, and heat pumps using pro‑level tools and equipment
Learn industry techniques that help systems run better and last longer
Check and assess equipment to spot issues before they become problems
Talk with customers about the work you're doing and share helpful maintenance tips
Keep gear organized and ready to go
Complete quick service reports on each job
Build your skills through ongoing training and certifications

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience is great, but not required - we'll train you
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours (sometimes weekends)
Background check and drug screening may be required
