The Skills and Experience You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, or a related operational role. Tech or startup background is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment principles and underwriting methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data analysis tools (experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A self-starter with a collaborative, team-first mindset
