Job Description
Job Title: Case ManagementHourly Pay Rate: $53.60Job Description: We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our inpatient team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The inpatient census averages around 40 patients, managed by a team of three case managers. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in utilization review and discharge planning. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, coordinating care, performing utilization review, and discharge planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Benefits:
