• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate care effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently within a busy healthcare setting
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an inpatient environment

Additional Skills that Stand Out:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Certification in Case Management (CCM) or related credentials
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced hospital or inpatient facility

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Prior inpatient case management experience within a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities if required
• Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and safety standards
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
