Case Management Supervisor

• Master's degree in social work, social science, health or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in social casework or human service counseling; OR bachelor's degree including 30 credit hours in the behavioral sciences (psychology, sociology, or anthropology) and three (3) years of experience as described above; OR bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience as described above; OR associate’s degree and six (6) years of experience as described above.
• This title has been approved to be filled without the need to take an exam for a limited period through the HELP Program. Candidates appointed permanently to this title will NOT need to take an exam and will remain in their position even when the HELP Program ends.
