Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ.

Job Duties:

Asses clients' needs
Development and implement service plans for clients
Provide referrals when required
Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
1 year of related experience in social services
Valid NJ driver's license
Bilingual preferred
