Job Description

Case Manager (RN) – Full-Time, Permanent

Join a nationally recognized hospital system in a rewarding full-time, permanent role as a Registered Nurse Case Manager. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced RN with a strong background in case management within an acute care hospital setting.

Position Requirements:

  • Active Wisconsin RN license (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • At least 1 year of case management experience in an acute care environment
