Case Manager - Anchorage, AK

• Conduct assessments of disaster survivors’ unmet needs.
• Coordinate required services to address unmet needs and assess case status.
• Assist in accessing FEMA assistance and other disaster recovery resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
• Gather and communicate community feedback to internal departments.
• Coordinate and manage community engagement programs and activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for community inquiries, concerns, and suggestions.
• Facilitate open communication between the organization and the community.
• Monitor community trends and issues to inform organizational planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with community needs.
• Prepare reports on community engagement efforts and outcomes.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed. 
• Complete required training, including safety training.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Knowledge of local community dynamics and resources.

• Associate’s degree in social work, public administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in publicly facing case management
• Experience compiling and entering data, preferred.
• Experience in event planning and public speaking is a plus.
