Job Description
Everstaff is seeking an experienced Mass Torts Case Management Paralegal to join a reputable firm in their Dallas office. This full-service litigation firm focuses on toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and catastrophic injury cases. Pay: $75,000–$85,000 (hourly) Schedule: Full-time, in-office Benefits: Standard - M, D, V, PTO Direct Hire Opportunity! Key Responsibilities: • Manage assigned personal injury and products liability cases from intake through litigation • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents • Coordinate case deadlines, filings, and communications across jurisdictions • Maintain case databases and document management systems • Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure case progress Qualifications: • 5+ years of litigation experience in personal injury, products liability, or mass torts • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills • Experience summarizing medical and billing records and negotiating lien reductions • Proficiency in e-filing (state and federal), managing multi-jurisdictional deadlines, and coordinating with local counsel • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work efficiently under deadlines • Experience using Microsoft Office, Needles, LexisAdvance, and online file-and-serve systems If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply!
