Job Responsibilities

  • One-to-one patient care
  • Arrange your daily and weekly schedule to suit your needs
  • Care coordination for better outcomes
  • Variety of home visits including medication checks, wound care, IV infusions, and assessments
  • Electronic charting on iPad provided for you

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • 1 Year RN Experience
  • Participate on a team that supports you
