Description
- Supplying cases to the filling operation
- Operating depalletizing and case washing equipment
- Operating a forklift
- Unloading trailers
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Cleaning floors, walls, drains, conveyors, floor scrubbers, case washer, depalletizer and palletizers
- Using sanitation chemicals, floor scrubbers, foaming stations, hoses, brushes and mops to clean
- Assist with training of new associates at the discretion of leadership may also be required and
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift 40+ pounds repetitively
- Must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
- Must be able to obtain a forklift license and operate a forklift
- Must be able to operate a riding and a walk behind floor scrubber
- Must be able to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time
- Must have excellent safety work habits
- Must be willing to assist other team members in other areas
- Must have good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Must show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work and
- A commitment to Publix and our mission
