Facilitate the reunification process by conducting culturally sensitive home studies, assessments, referrals, and case management services

Perform resource referrals, community connections, and case management services while utilizing trauma informed care throughout service provision May serve as interpreter when language skills are applicable for case services May work evening and weekend hours by appointment or assignment What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in human services field and one year of full-time human services experience. Must read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
