If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to make a meaningful impact, Notemachine welcomes you to be part of our innovative team.Responsibilities· You shall accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records.· You will manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers,· You will monitor our drivers throughout the day and providing administration support to them from our office.· We expect you to maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution.· You shall work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently.· We expect you to adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures.· We expect you to participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements.Requirements· You must be proficient in handling and reconciling cash transactions accurately.· We require you to have excellent communication skills to coordinate with our team and clients effectively.· Your ability to follow established security protocols for cash handling is essential.· It's important that you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.· You should work effectively towards time critical windows.· Your capability to work independently and take initiative will be crucial for this role.Benefits· Consistent four-day on, four-day off shift pattern.· Annual leave entitlement of 21 days· Full uniform provided· Full job training to ensure you are well equipped to perform your duties to the best of your ability· Life insurance scheme (x4 annual salary).· Employee wellness programme, including 24hr confidential counselling and more.Working Hours:Four-on, four-off rolling shift pattern
