You will be the first impression and overall best part of a patron's dining experience at Central BBQ! We are looking for someone with personality, charm and charisma!

You'll be in charge of greeting anyone who walks through our doors, be a menu tour-guide for our customers by explaining or offering suggestions, upselling our retail, desserts and bar options and keeping our guests engaged with small talk and rounding out their experience with a processed payment. Our cashiers should never feel chained to their register, so when a situation on the floor comes you should feel confident in stretching your legs and making things happen.

To get into the weeds, cashiers at Central BBQ manage all monetary exchanges in the restaurant by taking orders and ringing up transactions and keeping the front area of the restaurant clean and well stocked. Our cashiers are required to be friendly, helpful, and customer service minded. You will be required to learn the menu and answer any questions the guests may have. You must also be able to operate a Point of Sale system accurately.
