This is a part time position about 20 hours a week, must be able to work afternoon shifts Monday - Thursday 3:00 - 8:00pm

Responsibilities

Answer dealership group phones, greet customers
Take customer payments
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Light office work such as scanning and filing
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
