We seek a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Burger King Cashier. The Cashier will be responsible for processing guests' orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they approach the register and process their orders using the POS system
Ensure accuracy in order-taking, payment processing, and food preparation
Provide helpful suggestions to guests and answer any questions they may have about menu items
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and kitchen area
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Handle guest's complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating to the manager when necessary
Assist with restocking inventory and preparing food as needed
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Basic math and computer skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
