Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Cashier/Sales Associate in Virginia Beach. This is a contract to hire position with a client that offers great benefit packages.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Operate the cash register
- Greeting customers
- General housekeeping duties around the workplace & on sales floor
- May have to go in the warehouse on occasions.
- Will be responsible for keeping counters and front of the store clean
- Assisting customers around the store
- Re-stocking as needed.
- May assist in weekly mark downs & pulling merchandise items from the sales floor.
Qualifications:
- Must be neat & clean at all times
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
- Must be able to multi task
- Light lifting required and must be able to stand for long periods of time , bend, reach, squat and crawl.
Pay:
- 13 - $14/hour
Schedule:
Multiple Shifts Available. Will be posted a week in advance and based on operational needs
- Monday – Saturday
- 12PM – 830PM
- 10AM – 630PM
- Sunday:
- 1130AM – 530PM
