Main Responsibilities:

Greeting customers warmly upon entry and exit
Managing transactions with precision using a cash register
Balancing the cash register at the end of shifts
Scanning goods and ensuring accurate pricing and quantities
Accepting payments via cash, credit, or check
Providing change and receipts for all transactions
Issuing coupons, vouchers, and gift cards
Bagging and wrapping purchases for safe transport
Upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate

Job Requirements:

Experience with POS systems and cash registers
Basic computer knowledge
Strong math skills
Excellent communication abilities
Capability to effectively resolve customer complaints
