Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Process Service, Parts, and Sales payments using CDK.
- Balance daily cash drawer and maintain accurate payment records.
- Answer phones, assist customers, and notify them when vehicles are ready for pickup.
- Maintain vehicle key control and support Service Advisors with administrative tasks.
- Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and professional.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience required; dealership experience preferred.
- Experience with CDK Drive preferred.
- Strong computer, cash handling, and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit and talk or hear; occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 30 pounds; specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
