Position: Team Member / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Age Requirement: 16+

Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders in‑person and by phone
Enter orders accurately into the POS system
Handle cash, cards, and provide correct change
Greet customers and provide excellent service
Assist with pizza making (limited tasks for minors)
Help with cleaning, dishwashing, and lobby upkeep
Support the team during busy shifts
