Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly with a smile while taking orders and processing payments
Prepare and package food and drinks carefully to ensure quality
Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance the guest experience
Handle returns, refunds, and resolve customer concerns professionally
Unload and stock inventory as needed to maintain smooth operations
Promote Popeyes’ culture with integrity and honesty at all times

Qualifications & Skills

At least sixteen (16) years of age
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and enthusiastic environment
Positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members
Eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
Ability to handle food preparation and follow proper lifting procedures
Capable of standing consistently during service at the register
