Cashier

As a Cashier, you'll be the first impression of our restaurant, creating a welcoming experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. You'll greet guests with genuine hospitality, guide them through the menu, take orders accurately, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine greeting.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations.
• Ensure all orders are entered correctly for the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front counter and beverage station.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, or special requests in a professional manner.
• Follow all cash handling, food safety, and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• • Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
