This position plays an important part in creating a smooth guest experience by handling transactions with accuracy, maintaining a positive attitude, and supporting our front of house operations. The ideal candidate works well in a fast paced nightlife environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities • Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude • Process payments with accuracy and follow all company cash handling procedures • Verify guest tabs, bottle service sales, and entry fees as needed • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift • Communicate with bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth service • Provide information about events, specials, and general venue policies • Maintain an organized and clean cashier station • Assist with closing duties and daily reports when requested • Follow company policies, safety standards, and all training guidelines Qualifications • Previous experience as a cashier or handling money in a hospitality environment is preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • High level of integrity and accuracy when managing cash • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays • Comfortable working in a nightclub environment • Team oriented with a positive attitude
