Main Responsibilities

Greeting customers warmly upon entry and exit
Managing transactions with accuracy using a cash register
Balancing the cash register at the end of shifts
Scanning goods and ensuring correct pricing and quantities
Accepting various payment methods and providing change
Issuing coupons, vouchers, and gift cards
Processing returns and refunds, resolving customer complaints
Bagging and wrapping goods for safe transport
Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge
Strong math skills
Excellent communication abilities
Capability to resolve complaints effectively
