Job Title: Cashier / Valet CoordinatorJob Type: Part-Time (Weekend Shift)Schedule: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (24 hours/week)Position SummaryWe are seeking an outgoing, reliable, and highly organized Cashier / Valet Coordinator to join our weekend team. In this role, you will be the face of our operation-providing excellent customer service, managing transactions efficiently, and coordinating seamlessly with our valet team. Guest Relations: Greet arriving customers warmly with a smile, build positive relationships, and proactively resolve any guest questions or complaints.Valet Coordination: Collect and safely secure vehicle keys for valet attendants; use a two-way radio to communicate with the garage team for manual overrides and smooth operations.Transaction Processing: Accurately process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and parking validations) in compliance with local parking rates.Financial Accountability: Calculate and distribute correct change, drop money securely following money drop procedures, and balance your cash drawer perfectly at the end of every shift.Reporting & Maintenance: Document daily transaction logs via detailed shift reports and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.Teamwork: Perform other operational duties as assigned by management to support the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome; we will train the right person!Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Language Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.Technical & Math Skills: Organized, proficient with computers, and possesses strong number skills to operate office equipment, cash registers, and manage cash processing.Professionalism: Ability to maintain company uniform standards at all times while on-site.Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the 8-hour working shift.Ability to walk short distances and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.Possess the manual dexterity required to operate essential equipment like computers and registers.
