Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner with attention to detail.
• Greet and seat customers, providing menus and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station throughout the shift.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed, including napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding customer orders, including special requests.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
