What You’ll Do
As the Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in delivering a seamless dealership experience.
- Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department
- Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination
- Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Provide general administrative and front desk support
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
