Mass Torts Litigation Paralegal (In-Office)
Houston, Tx
Salary Range DOE
We are seeking an experienced Mass Torts Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of complex litigation. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience with expertise in managing the full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through discovery, trial, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with drafting, filing, and responding to pleadings and discovery requests specific to mass tort cases
- Coordinate and support depositions, hearings, and mediations, including preparation and logistics
- Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other case-critical documents
- Maintain case dockets, calendars, and deadlines with precision
- Assemble exhibits and manage electronic discovery across multiple cases
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of mass tort or complex litigation experience
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and legal document management systems
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
