Responsibilities
Perform and monitor cath lab procedures with strict adherence to safety protocols.
Operate and troubleshoot cath lab equipment; report malfunctions promptly.
Ensure accurate patient data collection and documentation during procedures.
Adhere to infection control and sterile technique at all times.
Maintain situational awareness of patient status and escalate concerns promptly.
Collaborate with interventional team to optimize patient outcomes and workflow.
Demonstrate a growth mindset through continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Support performance metrics by accurately recording case times, outcomes, and utilization.
Assist in pre-procedural patient prep and post-procedural recovery guidance.
Maintain inventory and restock supplies to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.
Support pipeline and territory planning by documenting potential resources and leads.
Uphold company values of merit-based advancement and personal accountability.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed cath lab technician with current cardiology instrumentation experience.
Proficient operation and troubleshooting of cath lab equipment with safety focus.
Accurate real-time documentation of patient data and procedural outcomes.
Strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique.
Ability to monitor patient status and escalate concerns promptly.
Collaborative interventional team player to optimize patient outcomes.
Accurate recording of case times, outcomes, and resource utilization.
Demonstrated growth mindset with ongoing professional development.
Assist with pre-procedural prep and post-procedural recovery guidance.
Inventory management and supply restocking to maintain lab operations.
Ability to thrive in a metric-driven environment with clear targets.
Document potential resources and leads to support pipeline and territory planning.
