Join Our Team as a Cath Lab Tech Radiology / Cardiology Make a Difference in Cardiac Care
Are you a dedicated Radiology or Cardiology technologist with specialized experience in structural heart procedures? We are seeking a talented Cath Lab Tech to provide expert support in a dynamic, high-acuity environment. What Youll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience, including scrub and monitoring functions.
Proven expertise in structural heart and TAVR procedures; structural heart scrub experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in procedures such as balloon angioplasty, PCI, stent placement, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, and heart catheterizations.
Strong skills in monitoring, PA lines, telemetry, and rhythm interpretation.
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; at least one of the followingRCIS or ARRT.
Ability to circulate, start IVs, and manage conscious sedation procedures.
Experience with advanced electrophysiology labs (EP) and procedures such as Watchman, septal closures, ablations, coil embolization, and filter placement is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Extras:
Additional skills in EKG interpretation and complex arrhythmia management.
Experience with EPIC and MAC Lab systems.
Flexibility to float within the department, primarily to EP labs if needed.
Willingness to work a schedule of 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
Educational & Experience Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume cardiac catheterization lab.
First-time travelers accepted; local candidates welcome with adjusted rates.
Proven ability to adapt to schedule changes during orientation and onboarding.
Other Requirements:
Certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Valid licensure or certification such as RCIS or ARRT.
Required to work weekends, call shifts, and potentially float to other units on rare occasions.
Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment, with shifts from 07:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of $63.77.
