• Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization labs
• Proven proficiency in procedures such as cardiac stent placement, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterizations, OCT, PCI, PA line insertion, rotablation, and temporary pacemaker placement
• Strong knowledge of fluoroscopy, sterile techniques, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Valid certifications including ACLS, ARRT CI, BLS, and CCI RCIS
• Experience with scrub procedures, prep access sites, and maintaining a sterile field
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hybrid operating rooms or special procedures like ASD closures, TAVR, ventricular assist device insertions, Watchman procedures, or angiography
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and perform hemodynamic monitoring
• Proficiency in equipment setup, accurate monitoring, and room circulation
• Familiarity with optical coherence tomography (OCT), laser-assisted procedures, and transcatheter interventions

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT CI) or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume cardiac cath labs
• Prior exposure to advanced cardiac interventions and hybrid OR environments

Other Requirements:

• Availability for day shift (07:00 – 18:00), 4x10-hour shifts per week
• Willingness to participate in call rotations, including nights and every 4-5 weekends
• Ability to float to sister units when needed
• Must possess current licensure and certifications; travel and other reimbursements are available where applicable
