Position Overview:
As a CDCA, you will provide chemical dependency counseling, crisis intervention, and chemical dependency education to youth and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
- Provide counseling services and reports clients concerns and problems to certified counselors and the multi-disciplinary treatment team for possible adjustments to individuals treatment plans/continuing care plans.
- Performs program development and other counseling-related activities as needed.
- Provides case management services to ensure problems identified in the assessment are resolved or appropriately addressed.
- The CDCA will also facilitate groups and document client interactions, reactions, and behavior in progress notes.
- Maintain patient records and assist with charting.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- CDCA certification
- BLS CPR Certification
- Chemical Dependency or case management work experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity.
