- Lead and coach the sales team

- Desk and structure deals
- Help maximize gross and profitability
- Train and mentor developing sales staff

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- Automotive sales management experience
- Strong desking and closing ability
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CDJR experience preferred
- Finance experience is a major plus
- High-volume dealership experience preferred
