The CDK GlobalReturnshipProgram is a16‑week, full‑time, paidfixed-termtemporaryopportunitydesigned to help professionals successfully re‑engage with the workforce after an extended career breakfor caregiving purposes. Participants receive meaningful project work, hands‑on experience, mentorship, and learning support to help refresh skills and rebuild confidence.
Our goal is to convertreturnshipparticipants into long‑termfull‑time roles at the end ofthe16-weekprogramterm, based on performance and business needs.
Returnshipopportunities may span a variety of functions, including (but not limited to):technology, product, data, finance, marketing, HR, customer care, and more.

What to Expect:
16‑week full‑timefixed-termtemporaryposition(40 hours/week)
Paid position, withbenefits eligibility upon conversion toafull-time(FTE)role
Structured onboarding, mentorship, and role-specific training

Coaching and support from CDK and Path Forward throughout the program

Roles may beremote(US)orhybrid, depending on the team and position, with potential hybrid work based out of Austin, TX; Hoffman Estates, IL; or Portland, OR

BaseCompensation:$65,000 to $85,500
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
