Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Regional/OTR Specialist to support our operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of OTR driving experience
- Experience with dryvan or reefer loads is a plus
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL Class A; driving endorsements a plus
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude
- Flexible schedule; comfortable staying out 3–4 weeks at a time, with guaranteed home time each month (unless unforeseen circumstances arise and are communicated in advance)
Compensation & Benefits:
- 1099
- Base salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 guaranteed
- Weekly pay
