CDL-A Dedicated Dry Van Driver – ZERO-TOUCH PRINT FREIGHT | Sussex, WI
If you're looking for high weekly miles without the headache of loading or unloading freight, this dedicated Sussex account delivers steady long-haul routes, solid mileage rates, and reliable bi-weekly home resets.
Main Base / Hiring Region Sussex, WI — operating out of the Sussex distribution hub (must reside within 150 miles of Sussex, WI).
Earnings & Rate Structure
- $1,400 average weekly earnings ($72k+ annual baseline)
- $1,500 – $1,600 top weekly earning potential
- $0.60 to $0.64 CPM (based on experience)
- $15 per stop
- $100 layover pay & $15/hr detention pay (after 4 hours)
Freight & Lane Overview
- Dedicated paper product and commercial print dispatches
- 2,000 to 2,400 miles per week (~3 loads weekly)
- 100% zero-touch freight (dry van trailers carrying paper and specialized ink shipments)
- Quick 1-to-2 hour average dock turnaround times
Home Time & Schedule
- Out 14 days, home for 2 full days
- Flexible availability required for day, night, and weekend dispatches
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years
- Must obtain Tanker endorsement within 90 days of hire (100% company reimbursed)
- Pass mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle & urine drug screens
- Valid DOT Medical Card & clean driving history
