CDL Class A Delivery Driver – Home Daily | No Weekends

Metro Welding Supply Corporation, Southeast Michigan’s largest independent welding gas distributor, is seeking a CDL Class A Delivery Driver to deliver industrial and medical gases throughout Michigan and northern Ohio. This is a local route position—no overnight travel and no weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver gas cylinders and welding equipment to customer locations
- Load, secure, and unload delivery vehicles
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Complete deliveries accurately, safely, and on schedule
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with HazMat endorsement (required)
- Clean driving record and strong safety history (required)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
